How does the process work, start to finish?
It begins with a brief — a short, curated form we send after booking. You share the occasion details, the mood you're after, references you love, and the key names and dates. We design. You review. We refine. The final files arrive in every format your guests will encounter — print-ready, digital, WhatsApp, and email. Most clients are done within three to five days.
What do I actually receive when my invitation is ready?
Every tier includes a print-ready file at 300 DPI (CMYK, with bleed and crop marks), a lossless digital PNG and PDF, and a WhatsApp-optimised image. Crest and Crown clients also receive story-format and animated versions. You'll have everything your guests will encounter, before you even think to ask for it.
Can you design for multiple events under one occasion?
Yes — this is where āamantre does some of its most considered work. When an occasion has multiple events, each one carries its own mood, colour, and energy. We treat them that way — distinctly designed but visually related, so the series feels intentional rather than assembled. Crest clients can extend per event at a preferential rate.
I'm based outside India. Can you still work with me?
Entirely. We work with clients in the UK, UAE, USA, Canada, Singapore, Australia, and beyond. The entire process — brief, design, revisions, delivery — happens remotely. We've coordinated across twelve-hour time differences and delivered on tight timelines. Where you are does not affect what we can create for you.
I'm not sure what I want yet. Can I still get started?
That is actually the best time to come to us. Our brief is designed to draw out preferences you didn't know you had. A feeling, a colour, a reference image, even just a single word describing the mood — we can work from any of it. You don't need a clear vision. We help you find one.
Do you handle printing as well?
āamantre is a design studio — we do not manage printing. Every file we deliver is print-ready to international standards, accepted by quality printers across India and abroad. If you need vendor recommendations, we're happy to point you toward printers we trust in your city.
How quickly can you deliver if my date is close?
Crest delivers within three business days of receiving your completed brief. Crown delivers in 48 hours. If you're working against an especially tight timeline, reach out directly — we will do everything we can to accommodate you. A deadline is never a reason for an invitation to look hurried.
